Effective September 30, 2026
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using “AnyFly” (the “Service”), operated by GangnamTokki Co.,Ltd. (the “Company”), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users and the Company.
The Company's business information is shown at the bottom of the Service screens, and you can contact us at help@gangnamrabbit.com or +82-70-8027-1293.
The Service posts the contents of these Terms on its screens so that users can check them at any time.
The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws. When it does, it will announce the amended content and the effective date at least 7 days before the effective date, or at least 30 days before for amendments that are unfavorable to Members.
The amended Terms apply from the effective date. For amendments unfavorable to Members, consent will be obtained again the first time a Member signs in after the effective date, and a Member who does not consent may terminate the usage agreement.
Each version is identified by its effective date, and earlier versions remain available to view on the Service screens.
**The file transfer feature can be used without signing in.** Non-members are subject to Articles 6 and 7, Articles 9 and 10, and Articles 12 and 13 of these Terms.
The usage agreement is formed when a signed-in user agrees to these Terms and to the collection and use of personal information, and the Company accepts it.
The Service offers Google account sign-in and does not create or store a separate ID and password.
Persons under the age of 14 may not register as Members.
Members are responsible for managing their accounts so that others cannot use them, and must notify the Company immediately if they become aware that their account has been misused.
The Service pairs two devices with a transfer code and helps them connect directly. On networks where a direct connection is not possible, the Company's servers relay the transfer data.
**The Company does not store the files that users exchange.** Even when relaying, it only passes the received data through as-is, without interpreting or retaining the content, and nothing remains once the transfer ends.
The Company may change or suspend all or part of the features it provides as operationally or technically necessary, and will announce significant changes in advance.
A transfer code is a 6-digit number, and **anyone who knows the code can become the other party to that transfer.** The code itself is not a means of verifying identity.
Users must share a transfer code only with the person who is to receive it, and must not post it in a public place or share it with an unspecified number of people.
The Company is not responsible for consequences arising from a code becoming known to a third party. However, the Company takes reasonable measures, such as limiting the validity period of a code and invalidating it once the transfer ends.
**Users are solely responsible for the content of the files they exchange.** Because the Company does not store files, it cannot know their content and does not review or censor them in advance.
Users must not transfer any of the following files.
The user who transferred the file bears any civil or criminal liability arising from the above acts.
The Service offers cloud transfer as a paid pass. Direct device-to-device file transfer is free and is not subject to payment.
There are two paid passes, Lite and Standard, each available as a monthly or yearly payment. **There is no automatic renewal (recurring billing)** — a pass expires when its period ends, and you must pay again to continue using it.
The Company displays the product details, price, payment methods, delivery timing, and withdrawal and refund conditions in the confirmation window before payment and in the separate “Cancellation and Refund Policy”. Amounts shown in Korean won include value-added tax.
Korean cards are charged in Korean won, and international cards and PayPal are charged in US dollars. This is because PayPal does not support Korean won, and the amount actually charged may vary with the exchange rate.
Cancellation (withdrawal of the order), refunds and exchanges for paid services follow the “Cancellation and Refund Policy” and applicable laws such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. (「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」). If you could not use the service due to a defect on the Company's part, you will receive a full refund.
Users must not do any of the following.
If a user violates Article 7 or Article 9 or violates any law, the Company may, after prior notice, restrict the user's use of the Service or terminate the usage agreement. Where urgent action is needed, however, the Company may restrict use first and then notify the user of the reason.
A user who objects to the reason for a restriction may explain their position through the contact point.
The Company holds the rights to the screen layouts, designs, text and software created for the Service.
Rights to the files that users exchange belong to their rights holders, and the Company acquires no rights whatsoever to the files.
A Member may ask the Company to close their account at any time, and the Company will process the request without delay.
When an account is closed, the account information is deleted and cannot be recovered. However, information that must be retained under law is kept for the period set out in the Privacy Policy.
There is no separate termination procedure for transfers made without signing in — because no record remains.
The Company is not liable if it cannot provide the Service due to reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters, power outages, communication failures, or problems with the user's device or network environment.
**The Company does not guarantee that a transfer will succeed.** Depending on the network environment of the two devices, a direct connection may not be established or a transfer may be interrupted.
**Because the Company does not store files, it cannot recover files whose transfer failed or was interrupted.** Users must keep the originals of important files themselves.
In relation to the use of features provided free of charge, the Company is not liable for damages unless applicable laws provide otherwise. However, this does not apply to damages caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to these Terms and to the use of the Service.
Disputes relating to the use of the Service will first be resolved through consultation between the user and the Company, and if no agreement is reached, an action may be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act (「민사소송법」).
